Murielle Cohen was born in Montreal Canada.
She moved to Paris in her teens and later to New York where she would spend the next 11 years.
A day after witnessing the September 11th attack, Murielle felt the need to document life. She bought her first paper block and charcoal and started drawing strangers on the streets.
Murielle draws 30-second portraits without looking on to the page, a sentence crosses her subconscious and she jots it down right beside the portrait.
She channels and leaves a short sentence describing the hidden secrets of each soul that she draws.
With time her interaction with the streets has grown.
She started making Street Art on urban walls in Tel Aviv where she lives now. The vibrant streets and movement give her life as she gives them color.
